Effective Meetings for the Workplace – Effective business meetings require planning, leadership, and language skills and without these skills, meetings can be unproductive. Running Effective Meetings teaches participants how to plan, participate in, and conclude successful meetings. Students learn how to establish the purpose and agenda of a meeting, to keep the meeting on task, to foster creative thinking, manage conflict among meeting participants and negotiate solutions. Effective Business Writing for Non-Natives – This is a comprehensive business writing course that hones the bedrock business writing skills required of every businessperson. The course raises awareness of writing and editing techniques, including information on common errors and stylistic bad habits including advice on how to use language to your advantage.
